This delectable recipe will transform your traditional chocolate chip cookies. They're chewy, gooey, and chock-full of chocolatey goodness, making them ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 375F 190C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Mix the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. After adding the vanilla extract, beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. If you want to use them, add the chopped nuts and chocolate chips in last. Round tablespoons of dough should be dropped onto the baking sheets that have been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie. For 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden, bake. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets. Then, move them to wire racks to cool all the way down. Enjoy your tasty chocolate chip cookies that aren't the usual kind!
