In oregon and california it doesn't need to be blue no matter who anymore. Wealthy industry planted democrats are destroying the west coast by allowing ice to continue operating. Next election the west coast needs to lock in and wake UP. It is time to demand better from our political candidates and allow the west coast to move further left not center. The people of the entire western strip of the US are diverse, this bad economy came from installing people like Tina kotek into office. (What'd she do? She signed in re-criminalization killing the psilocybin and other research into "drugs" that are illegal because of the DEA. this research was bringing MONEY and JOBS to oregon and Tina bitchass kotek along with 11 other local politicans got the go ahead to overturn a bill that hundreds of thousands of oregonians directly voted and asked for. We all individually voted in 2020 and got decriminalization passed. One white woman with enough money behind her undid it all. police refused to pass out harm reduction information when giving people warnings or enforce the replacement ticketing system. It was really cool to not have cops bugging people for a few years but they used the fact that they did not do their jobs as an excuse to say that decriminalization and the services they were offering instead was a "mistake" and waste of resources. This is false. The cops didnt do their jobs but even without the helpline that never got used many people had an ability to be more transparent about drug use without fear of legal ramifications and got help when they needed it. Now they get arrested. By letting ice operate in the state and by sending state gaurds and local police to protect ice our local and state government states which side its on. Tina has the power to force ice out of the state and does the opposite. With ICE running around local businesses lose owners, workers, and customers. People are scared and staying in at night, and in no time the reality of the great depression we are getting pushed into is gonna hit. We need better local politicians if we want our food, water, and land to remain stable.
