If we see someone we follow get hacked or whatever so they start posting spam, do we just report the post itself as spam? I don't want some random person to get in trouble but also do not want raybands

Am I the only person who found american gods too sexist to finish?? Does everyone else just love women only being used by the male protagonist and almost always being described extremely sexually (including old women)???
