How I have missed throughout the years just being able to dance around, laugh, and be silly/hyper. I just want to have a good time. I’m trying to get home. God help me. ❤️‍🩹 This healing journey has been about reclaiming myself and my joy/innocence.

Life is so serious and heavy. A lot of heavy things have happened in my life back to back, which has brought me to a place where I have forgotten so many things, including how to just breathe. Life doesn’t stop though, and you can’t stop either. You are coming out of hard times and you are growing!! A flower needs the rain before it gets the sun. Otherwise, it would dry out and it would burn out. You understand?
