They do not! At least in human ways~Some particularly observant ghosts (mostly those who know them pretty well) might notice a slight shift in energy. Unlike humans, ghosts wouldn’t need to eat more, but would merely absorb more energy from the ghost zone, which would merely make them seem a bit hyper and a tiny bit more powerful than usual. Their auras might glow a little brighter (this is only really noticeable in weak ghosts, who have dim auras to begin with). But they aren’t any crankier than usual or anything like that, and there’s no visible indication other than the aura glow. Halfas don’t show any symptoms other than chest pains at all! Their human bodies regulate things naturally, so their ghost forms don’t change quite as easily. For Danny and Vlad, who are incredibly powerful, you wouldn’t notice a change in aura glow at all. Vlad did notice that Danny’s energy seemed slightly off, but he couldn’t quite place what it was, since Danny’s energy dwarfed Danlet’s so much! Thank you for asking, babu, I’ll tack on other details here if I think of any~- KimiruMaiP.S.
