Saparata is wearing a robe/tunic (think jesus?) with heavy jewelry and armor until hes on the run - his robe becomes especially disheveled and torn after his trial

schpood is obviously in a Roman Emperor toga with a Laurel Crown, but I think he would wear the Diplomatic Outfit with a large embroidered intricate shawl (No armor! bc he doesn't need it - he's survived an assassin already)

All of the Commonwealth leaders wear similar clothing with the colours of their outfits differentiating them - and their followers wearing Patches or Flowers in support of their respective leader

TurnTapp wears a dark robe and a cummberband with lots of armor underneath while the rest of the Covenant just wears the robe
