Ingredients: 10g @maeploy_kitchen red Thai curry paste, 20g coconut cream, 110g king prawns, spray oil, 46g broccoli, 42g asparagus and 50g Cauliflower rice and a splash of fish sauce to taste (this is the seasoning) . Method: spray some oil in a warmed frying pan, add the paste with the coconut milk and a splash of water. Keep adding water untill it is a smooth consistency (around 100ml). Add the prawns and cook for around 5 mins. Add the fish sauce if required. Meanwhile cook your veggies 🌶 .
