Refreshing and hydrating, this cucumber lemonade is perfect for hot summer days or any time you need a revitalizing drink.
Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced. 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 4 cups cold water. Ice cubes. Lemon slices and cucumber ribbons for garnish.
Instructions: Put the cucumbers in a blender and blend them until they are smooth. Using a fine mesh sieve, pour the cucumber puree into a pitcher. Fill the pitcher with cold water, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix it around until the sugar is gone. In the fridge for about an hour, until it's cold. Add ice cubes to the glass and top with cucumber ribbons and lemon slices.
