🐟This salmon bake for dinner! 👉🏼Ingredients:⠀ 1 lb wild caught salmon, 1-1.5" thick⠀ 2 lemons, halved⠀ 1 tbsp olive oil⠀ 1/2 tsp Pink Salt 2 tsp Habanero⠀ 4 tbsp paleo mayo⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼Sauce: ⠀ Brush the lemon halves with a little bit of olive oil, then grill cut side down for a few minutes until you see grill marks. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, habanero seasoning, and juice of 1-2 lemon halves. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼Salmon:⠀ Brush both sides of salmon with remaining olive oil, then season both sides with salt. LIghtly oil grill. Grill salmon flesh side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and finish cooking another 4-6 minutes. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving. Squeeze some grilled lemon juice and drizzle with habanero lemon sauce. Enjoy with some grilled asparagus. . . .
