hello people in my internetcomputerphone. does anyone here have experience with ulnar neuropathy/cubital tunnel and/or carpal tunnel syndrome, and adjusting for this when it comes to Making Things? I have one million creative hobbies and would love to hear some advice and/or experiences on adjustments made to be able to do them without like. pain and destruction. especially welcome when it comes to drawing/writing/painting/sewing while dealing with this.

A little over four months ago, Tommy passed away. His sister, Tabitha, was hospitalized at the time for her own medical issues.
The humans of the household are both disabled. One has a poverty-level fixed income, and the other makes even less, working occasional gigs as a professional musician when their disabilities allow them to. And veterinary care and medication and prescription food all add up to a hefty recurring expense.
