It’s been a long time since she was alive. A year, two years? Time slipped away like grains of sand in an hourglass... especially to those who are undead.

She felt a pulsing in her neck, moving to grasp it- even without blood, without nerves- she could still feel those fangs digging deep within her flesh, still feel her blood pouring out her wound...

This was why she was out in the night. She was hunting for something; no, someone. The Vampire needed fresh blood every so often, did she not? The best way to anyone’s heart is their stomach... and then a wooden stake.

ASMODEUS WAS CURIOUS AS TO WHY MISSI HAD REQUESTED AN AUDIENCE WITH HIM, but he had no issues with providing her with his time. Leading her to his office and ensuring nobody would disturb them before his attention turned to her. The apology was confusing to him, evident by the way his brows furrowed.

When she clarified she was referring to aftercare- Ozzie was immediately struck by multiple emotions. Partially relief that she had come around to wanting to accept it- partially CONCERN as to what could have brought on this revelation. That concern was stting off alarm bells in his mind, and he finds himself approaching Missi without much of a thought. 

Kneeling before her, he reached out to gently touch her hand. “What happened, darling? Would you like to talk about it?” After a pause, he speaks again. “If not, you are more than welcome to stay here a while. I can get you some food and drink and we can rest. Whatever you want.”
