i find it so funny when people act like Duke, Steph, Cass, and Babs are the “Normal ones in the Batfam” or the “favorite children” or that Dick is the “Golden child”. They all get into trouble with Bruce. Just very different flavors of it.
Damian- he may disobey orders, or he may stage a coup. kinda a wild card
Jason- Do you really need to ask?
Dick- he doesn’t get in trouble for it as much anymore, but he has no regard for his own health to a frightening (and frustrating for Bruce) degree
Tim- oh look the earth explode, the dodos went extinct again, and every chain on the planet only sells coffee. whoopsie. wonder how that happened.
Duke- *sit com or reality TV type laughter* Oh Duke!
Cass and Babs- You have no proof and never will
Steph- Oof that’s gonna leave a mark on your self esteem for roughly 3-4 business days.
Kate- Mind your business. (Bruce doesn’t care she only gets in trouble with her wife when she gets injured on a mission and makes her worry.)
Luke- He gets in trouble with Lucious or Bruce (it depends) because one of the batfam threw him under the bus. sorry Luke.
Bruce- Anything that upsets Clark makes him sad. That’s all i can think of.
Harper-disobeying orders, tasering people a little too hard ect.
(the list ends there because anyone else i can think of is too intimidated by Batman to actually piss him off)
the Duke one and Tim one were on another tumblr post that has sadly been lost to the depths of my search history.
Everything Wild Kratts got wrong about animals
I wrote a list of all the things Wild Kratts got wrong about animals (that I am aware of), for science!
This list may update at any time to add new things or to keep up with our best current scientific understanding. If you know of any Wild Kratts inaccuracies that are not included in the list, or anything currently in the list that is inaccurate or outdated, A.K.A. misinformation, please let me know (through comment, ask, or direct message) and I will update the list accordingly (you will be credited for your contribution, unless you wish to remain anonymous.)
This has been my biggest post yet, and it was a lot of work and took a long time to put together. Every time I thought I was done, I thought of another thing to add to the list! I still think the list most likely isn’t complete yet, but I’m only one person, and I don’t know everything, so I can’t find all the inaccuracies on my own.
But even though it was so much work, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I learned SO MUCH in doing the research for this, and I hope other people learn from it too. The whole purpose of this project is education, so if even one person learns something new from this, I’ll be happy.
A misconception I see online particularly Tumblr is that every movie about the US military has to be approved by them. They only have to approve movies that use their assets.
For example Independence Day was not approved by them because it depicted Area 51 as a real when at the time they were denying that. The movie was made anyway just not with the military's help.
Also to make it clear i'm not defending them: They put my great grandpa in a submarine for ten years straight as a punishment for running away from a draft.
How did ultra Magnus and alpha Trion feel when they were about to start a family? :D
🤔 what were your thoughts when you guys found out, it was three(or triplets?)
AT: As for how Ultra and I reacted to the news, I didn’t really want to believe it at first
AT: as hard as it is to believe but these are my first sparkling in my 9 billion stellar cycles of being online
AT: and although I was scared, Ultra was always there for me. The one who loved me after cycles of being alone…

Hey witches,
Haven't seen this stated enough and I am so very exhausted by it:
Shadow work was coined by Carl Jung and is a core piece of Jungian psychology.
IT IS NOT INHERENTLY WITCHY.
That being said, is it a useful practice to get insight for yourself? Yes, when used appropriately it can.
Does it unlock some dark, mystical force within you? No.
it turns out that opening up to your loved ones about your struggles actually doesn't cause them to hate and despise you
Most people are familiar with the phrase “the grass is greener on the other side” but knowing and recognizing that are different. Humans are inherently self centered, as are most creature probably, and seeing something through someone else’s perspective takes effort and conscious thought.
I once mentioned to a friend that I sometimes struggled with eating and would go days without food (I didn’t have regular access to safe foods at the time) and she said “I wish I could do that” which, while I understand where she was coming from, was invalidating and made me reluctant to continue the topic. I know she wasn’t trying to invalidate or brush off my problems, and that her focus had more to do with dieting and weight loss since that was something she was working on at the time, but it kinda sucked for me. Many people have experiences like this. Expressing that you have difficulty getting out of bed may be met with “it would be so nice to just stay in bed all day” and needing something to raise your blood sugar could be portrayed as a positive thing such as “wow, you’re so lucky that sugar can be healthy for you” or something. It’s not that seeing the bright side is bad, but it dismisses the problems and challenges that someone may be facing.
This happens even among disabilities and neurotypes too. People with invisible illnesses often lament that doctors don’t believe and dismiss their issues, and some comment that maybe if they were physical then doctors might actually do something about it. This is a valid struggle and an understandable viewpoint, but physical disabilities may limit opportunities or even thorough medical care because others may see their disability first and the person second. Invisible illnesses often are harder to see but that means they are more easily hidden when preferable, which people with physical disabilities may not be able to do.
All that is to say, when someone expresses a challenge or problem, try to view it through their perspective and make thoughtful comments. I am trying to make this mistake less, and I figured I’d share my viewpoint while I’m on the topic.
