So I've watched TFO for the tenth time and well im starting to realise I REALLY like alpha trion. Not just the tfo version... im starting to see a pattern with these characters i like... DEAR GOD THEY'RE ALL OLD.
You don't know how happy I am to see Alpha Trion in the character voting polls, even if in the end he might not win one, me and many other Alpha Trion fans appreciate it

He would be fun to write ngl I haven't given him much thought yet- mostly bc he reminds of like an old old grandpa that's not necessarily grumpy but still very much so done with everyone but his few lasting hobbies LOL

TFP Headcanon
In the aligned continuity, Alpha Trion is one of the thirteen original primes. And in Transformers Prime, which is set in that same universe, he’s the mentor of Optimus Prime. However, no one ever mentions that Optimus was mentored by a prime! So, here’s my headcanon, and feel free to correct me if there’s a cabin explanation. I think that everyone thinks that Optimus’s mentor named himself after the prime, rather than being the prime himself. Just like Megatron names himself after Megatronus.
Pride flags from Transformers #12 - Bisexual/Alpha Trion
You want to know what I think would be an interesting and good story for Bumblebee? Coming to terms that he's not the "it bot" anymore. Like with many celebrities, his popularity is fading and someone new in entering the spotlight.
This sparks (no pun intended) a BIG jealousy phase and he is going out of his way to stay known, only for the new generation to not know who he is and find him weird by their modern standards.
But of course, in the end, he makes peace with his stardom fading and even getting to like that he now has a private quiet life. I think a story like this serves as a lesson that popularity comes and goes as do trends. And that's ok.
