Currently rewatching ddba s2 and damn it's much better than watching the episodes once a week, things make more sense to me now. Anyway, you know the scene with Karen & Heather? Karen could also be talking about Frank! The things she says also describes Frank! "Inaccessible. Distant. Complicated." That's also Frank! Only difference is, she says "I fall asleep in bed next to him, totally unsure of who he is" whereas I think she knows exactly who Frank is, mainly because Frank never really pretends to be someone he's not. I get that it's obviously supposed to be about Matt but she never says his name. And her reaction to Heather saying Frank's name is just đ go get your man, Karen! And bring him back to us so he can kill Fisk!
UGH YES. Frank being Karen's sore spot KILLS ME. Im gonna be so real- i dont know if the viewers are expected to believe matt and karen r together. it just feels so fake. so forced. like it was out of convenience.
kastle is so good because they're both tormented people who understand the other is tormented and dealt with the trauma in a way that made the most sense to them- even if its 'unethical'. THEY KNOW EACHOTHERE bro the way they are haunting the others narrative,,, if it doesnt become cannon soon im gonna lose my fucking mind
