Civilization III game. I didn't win here but I got in second and managed to survive with superpower America ;).
Maybe I am showing my age, but this feels like the kind of music you are nostalgic about but you may not have even heard it when you were younger. I did listen to some of his stuff ~15-20 years ago, but when I hear this... it just feels like something that would play as background music in the โModern Ageโ era of Civilization III.
And yes, this makes me want to play CIV3.
