This Classic BBQ Burger is a must-try before summer ends. The smoky BBQ sauce and melted cheddar cheese make it a delicious and satisfying choice for your summer cookouts.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 red onion slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Grill patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of grilling. On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute, until they get a little brown. Put BBQ sauce on the bottom half of every bun. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then the cooked patty and cheese that has melted on top of that. Add a tomato slice and a red onion slice on top. To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top of the fillings. Enjoy while hot!
