Putting all of your favorite burger toppings on a pizza crust makes the Loaded Cheeseburger Skillet Pizza a tasty take on the classic cheeseburger. It's the perfect mix of two comfort foods that everyone loves.
Ingredients: 1 pound pizza dough. 1/2 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup pickles, sliced. 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. Put the ground beef in a pan and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Cut the pizza dough to the right size for the pan and then put it in the pan. As the sauce, put ketchup and mustard on top of the dough. Spread the cooked ground beef, diced onions, and diced tomatoes out evenly on top of the sauce. The toppings should have both cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of them. Slice the pickles and add the bacon bits. Add pepper and salt to taste. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take it out of the oven and wait one minute for it to cool down. Cut your Loaded Cheeseburger Skillet Pizza into pieces and serve it hot. Have fun!
