Picture this- a group of adventurers come out to a bare scrubland, where they see large herbivores slowly bounding from place to place. Large herbivores with giant antlers.

This is from one of the States of the USA called Georgia, capital Atlanta, where President Jimmy Carter came from, and not from the country of Georgia in case you are confused too. When in the speech he seems to say "charge attack" he is saying "Georgia Tech".

I don't know if this speech is "dumbing down" but it must be raising the profile of Georgia Tech and enhancing awareness that there is a US State called Georgia! Harry Potter deserves a bonus!
