A chunky, heavy book on the exhibits and artifacts excavated from Mawangdui tombs.

Pros: It gave a clear descriptions and background some information regarding the geography and various perspectives of lives back in Han Dynasty, including food, make up, games etc etc. The figures are big and detailed. Highly recommend reading it before visiting Hunan Museum.

Cons: The red words on some screen pages, due to the texture of the paper, are unclear. But they are rather minor and probably don't content important information.

The biggest downside is that it cost about 300 RMB.
