EVENING with SAMOSA CHAI An evening just becomes great when you can share couple cups of Chai and Samosas with your family. The triangular delight which has changed its identity and structure from the time of its origin to recent times is mind boggling. How a meat stuffed pastry called SANBOSAG from the Middle East travelled its way to Africa, China and India through Afghanistan is just fascinating. How we Indians welcomed this snack with open arms and with the Portugal introducing Potato to us it’s was only inevitable that SAMOSAS would change its course to Potatoes. Let’s not go into the details, maybe I’ll dedicate another post about the whole history and different types of Samosas in another post. Coming back to today’s evening, I ordered these beauties from @samosaparty . They were really flaky and branded. Oh yes, you heard me right.. they brand their Samosas according to their filling.. I ordered different varieties, like Aloo, Mutton, Butter Chicken, Egg and Cheese Corn with some Ginger tea. Truly a great experience as they arrived hot and well packed.
