Callum didn’t know why did he do that. Maybe it was that tiny glass of wine he drank at the dinner earlier - which he still felt guilty about, even though he was adult, after all. Maybe it was that alluring smell of Clauida’s perfume. Or maybe... maybe it was just all those years of pining for the beautiful, funny, intelligent mage he could see every day around the castle.

He moved his head back, letting their lips part, stuttering his confession.

 - Claudia, I-I love you!

He opened his eyes and saw her flabbergasted face, her eyes wide open in shock, mouth agape and just a hint of crimson on her cheeks.

 - Oh, oh geez, Claudia, I’m-I’m sorry, i didn’t mean to-

But next thing he knew, Callum was toppled to the carpet, as Claudia hands dug into the fabric of his pants. And with a sharp move, she dragged them down, much to his confusion that faded away at once when Claudia undid her robes, showing her naked body.

 - Oh my, Callum, I’ve been waiting so long for this... 

She spoke with low, smoky voice that made his blood freeze and boil at the same time. 

 - My father kept telling me I should make a move on you, but you did it first, I’m so proud! - she leaned and kissed him again - Now, let’s properly join our families, you picked very good time of the month for it...

Eyyyy join the drum circle there’s like, four of us.

Like I get why they got together and I’m happy for rayllum fans but I personally felt that their relationship was badly rushed (Callum was moon-eyed at Claudia in s2 and has been crushing on her his whole life, but then just as moon-eyed at Rayla in s3? What?), kinda bland, and ultimately better off as friends. Maybe if they’d given the two of them another season or two to develop their friendship and THEN introduce the mutual crushing, I would’ve been more on board, but as things stand I just... don’t care for it.
