(They’re an established couple already) Logan is either cleaning around the apartment or looking for something, and happens to stumble across dog tags that turn out to be Wade’s from the Special Forces.

He eventually asks Wade about it, which ends up with Wade telling him about his life before becoming ‘The Merc with the Mouth’

In the end, they end up wearing each other’s dog tags as a sign of either engagement or the dating equivalent of friendship necklaces, idk

If I'm remembering right, this test is the written one? If I'm wrong let me know and I can change my tips! Also this comes from my specific experience, yours may be different. There are two main things that come to mind

One: The written test is the one where they ask about all the nitty gritty details, so this is absolutely a situation where you study for the test and not to learn. Things like what direction even and odd number highway numbers indicate, what specific signs mean, regulatory vs warning vs guide signs, how many feet away you have to park from a fire-hydrant, how many points you can get against your license a year, how long a windshield crack can be before its illegal, etc.

Some of it will be very relevant and important to know (things you will learn as you actually drive), but there will also be a significant amount of information you'll likely forget as soon as you're done with the test. My test asked me some of the most random questions that I'd skipped over in my studying because I thought there was no way I'd have to remember that. I was right, I didn't have to remember that to drive, but I needed it for the test.

Two: Remember that not passing this test isn't the end of the world. I don't know if it works for you like it does where I am, but we got like three attempts at passing the test and let me tell you. I completely bombed the first one. I had to take it again because I got like a 50 or 60 percent, which wasn't anywhere near where it needed to be. So I took it a second time (it was really quick to take. it was all multiple choice) and it gave me a different set of questions and I passed that time. No harm done.

And even if I hadn't passed any of them, the worst thing that happens is having to go through it again. You don't need to do things as soon as possible. For example, I could've had a full-blown license like three months ago but just. Haven't gotten around to it. You have years to drive, re-doing things isn't bad.

That's the gist of it from my experience. The test asks really specific details you won't need to remember any time else and also isn't a big deal. It's like any other test you've taken, this time it just happens to be about driving. So don't worry, you'll be okay :)

How well you do on it also won't be reflective of how good of a driver you are, so don't conflate the two! The written test feels really important, but at the end of the day it's not a big deal. Theoretical knowledge is very different from applicable experience; passing that test didn't make me feel any more prepared the first time I sat behind the wheel. What really matters is what comes after, so try not to stress about this part

Ingredients:

6oz margarine (I used Lurpak lighter here in the UK, but it does work with regular old butter too)

4oz of caster sugar. The original called for 6oz, I think, but I like it slightly less sweet, plus the buttercream icing makes up for it anyway

3 large eggs, beaten, and if you’re making this a coffee cake, add two heaped teaspoons of instant coffee to the beaten eggs now, and mix well

6oz self raising flour

1tsp baking powder

1tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Preheat the oven to 170C

Beat together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy

Add the eggs (with coffee and/or vanilla), and then one tablespoon of flour to start with

Fold in the rest of the flour and dry ingredients. Don’t over-work the mix, but make sure there are no lumps of flour left

Divide equally between two 7inch cake tins, lined with cake tin liners and gently smooth out the mixture to fill the base of the tin

Place into the oven on a low shelf, and bake for about 25mins, or until a skewer or knife comes out clean

For the buttercream:

2oz unsalted butter, softened

4oz sifted icing sugar

If making a coffee sponge, add 2 tsps of instant coffee to 1 tsp of boiling water, and 1tsp of vanilla extract

Carefully mix the softened butter in with the icing sugar and the flavourings, and then you can use an electric beater to mix it more thoroughly once you know you’re not going to create an icing sugar explosion!

Wait till the cake is completely cool before icing
