I ran a raffle since we hit our first charity goal for Givers and Gamers. My winner wanted a mind flayer! I've never encountered one before so it was pretty awesome to look into them.

Elevate your burger game with the rich flavors of Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, Championship Seasoning, and a touch of bourbon. The blue cheese adds a creamy, tangy twist while bacon brings a crispy texture. This burger is a true masterpiece for BBQ enthusiasts.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1/4 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce. 2 tbsp Head Country Championship Seasoning. 4 burger buns. 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup arugula. 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp. 1/4 cup bourbon.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, and Head Country Championship Seasoning. Mix well and form into 4 patties. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of blue cheese on each patty to melt. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute or until lightly browned. In a small saucepan, heat bourbon over medium heat until warmed. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, topping with red onion slices, arugula, and a drizzle of the warmed bourbon. Finish by adding a crispy bacon slice on top. This gourmet grilled cheeseburger is a step up from the regular one. With a special sauce, juicy beef patties, melted cheddar, crispy bacon, and caramelized onions make a masterpiece that will make your mouth water. It's grown-up comfort food!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 slices of bacon. 1/2 cup caramelized onions. 4 leaves of lettuce. 4 slices of tomato. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 2 tbsp ketchup. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. Grill the bacon until it's crispy while the burgers are cooking. Split the hamburger buns in half and toast them on the grill for one minute, or until they get a little brown on the edges. Put the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce. Put the burgers together: Put some of the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun. After the sauce, put a lettuce leaf on top of it and then a tomato slice. Put in the cheesy burger, a piece of crispy bacon, and a big spoonful of caramelized onions. Put the other half of the bun on top. Enjoy your gourmet grilled cheeseburgers while they're still hot.
