You can enjoy the deliciousness of Culver's-style ButterBurgers at home! People love these burgers because they taste like rich butter and have lots of tasty toppings. It's great for a family dinner or a barbecue on the weekend.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup butter. 4 slices of American cheese. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Separate the ground beef into four equal parts and shape them into patties while the grill heats up. Add salt and pepper to each patty. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Protect it from getting cold. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown. Take them off and set them aside. The burger patties should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of American cheese to each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. While the burgers are cooking, put the diced onions on the griddle and cook them until they are clear and slightly caramelized. Spread a lot of the melted butter on the toasted bun halves before putting the ButterBurgers together. On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf and then a tomato slice. Cover the tomato with the cooked burger patty and melt the cheese on top of it. Put the onions that have been caramelized on top of the patty. Put the other half of the toasted bun on top. Enjoy your Butter Burger Deluxe while it's still hot with your favorite cheese and sauces.

Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, and diced pickles. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, then shape it into 4 burger patties.
