This Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Pizza with White Garlic Sauce combines spicy buffalo chickpeas with creamy white garlic sauce for a delicious twist on traditional pizza. It's easy to make and bursting with flavor!
Ingredients: 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust. 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup vegan ranch dressing. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper, to taste. Fresh cilantro, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Spread chickpeas over the pre-made pizza crust. Sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese over the chickpeas. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. While the pizza is baking, prepare the white garlic sauce. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Whisk in almond milk and nutritional yeast, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with white garlic sauce and vegan ranch dressing. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
