Autumn Budget & Need/Want List
Gearing up for the new decade, year, semester, and month!
My biggest new years resolution is no more soda! It's ruining my teeth and having plenty of other poor effects on my health. My overarching goal this decade is to live a bit more how people were meant to. I'll be growing my own vegtables, drinking my water, and trying to move away from so much processed and quick meal foods. I know that there's a bit of futility to that, and I know it won't have a huge effect on my life overall, but the shadiness of a lot of the food industry (underpaid, overworked vulnerable workers; vast amounts of waste; etc.) bothers me quite a bit. I'd rather just grow more of my own food to feel better overall about what I'm eating. But I digress.
You can see where I've messed up my numbers on the habits page. My boxes are way too big. Does anyone have any tips to fix this? I don't want to trash the page but I'm not sure how else to fix it.
I have big savings goals this semster. I'd like to take a full load of summer classes to catch up to where I should be, but that will take a lot of money so my goals are to set aside at least 50% of my paychecks to start saving for that.
I'm quite proud of my designs this time. Wish the map washi tape was thinner, but it still worked out!
Since I'm starting this monthly budget part way through the month it's just a trial run for actually budgeting next month. I just put in my two weeks notice at work so I can really focus on college because my program is really competitive. So I really have to work on budgeting my savings since I won't have a source of income. Today (9/14/19) was kind of a splurge day for me because my town had an art festival this weekend. I will be basing my gas money off of what I will pay off for my credit card at the end of the month because that's really all I use it for 😂 and my budget monthly will be $200.
Also as a side note, sorry this is so unaesthetic 😂😂

new year’s coming! how will you celebrate it? i’ll shoot some rockets in the sky🎆
an expense/budget tracker for the new year - very important! i don’t wanna end up on the streets 😂 again, keeping it simple.
i didn’t know what to do with the left page so thankfully my friend gave me a nice quote and leaving it just “blank” is too boring, so i added a tiny drawing and a few sparkly stars.
2021 Bullet Journal!
giving every dollar a week is easier for me than pretending the whole month will behave. groceries, bills, payday, then what is actually left
track it in Money Vault
