The Most Delicious Brownie Muffins- (Chocoholics & Super Chocolaty)

This is the most delicious and super chocolaty brownie muffins I have ever made. Perfect for all the chocoholics out there including myself :) 

These  brownie muffins are perfect for your Christmas parties or even as gift ideas. 

Brownie Muffins: Serving  12-14 muffins 

200gm dark chocolate (you could substitute to milk or white if you prefer) - (10 oz ) 

120 gm All purpose flour ( 1 cup)

141 gm butter or margarine (10 tablespoons)

4 eggs- room temp 

200 gm sugar (1 cup)

170gm chocolate chips (1 cup)

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

40 gm sprinkles (1/4 cup) 

Method: 

-Preheat oven to 180C/350F degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with liners.

 -Melt dark chocolate and butter together and set aside.

 -Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl. Slowly add chocolate, whisking together with egg mixture. (Make sure chocolate is not too hot that it will cook your eggs.) 

 -Gently fold in flour, just until incorporated and add chocolate chips. Fill the muffin batter and top each muffin with sprinkles.

 Bake 30- 35 minutes or until muffin springs back to the touch.Store in a tightly closed container for up to a week. Enjoy :)
