I just learned there is honestly a movement around the term âbreedismâ, comparing caring about dog breeds to racism, and that PETA has made KKK comparisons concerning this and I... just....
I feel so ignorant for not having known this and it was a definite case of ignorance is bliss
How clueless and racist do you have to be to pull this kind of comparison I never wanna hear this term again
Saving Zeus is about saving a family Pet is a Pitt Bull! Moreauville,La has adopted the Vicious Dog...
There's a petition to sign, and it's not just about Zeus, it's about taking a stand against BSL for ALL loving family pets. Â Zeus happens to be a therapy dog and when you see his owner you'll realize taking this loving pet from his family is a crime against dogs, humanity, and God itself.....Please share, like the page, sign, and show your support!
Re: racism in anti-pit bull sentiments
There is plenty of racism in pro-pit bull sentiments as well. You'll find racism wherever there are white people, basically.
There was one I remember of a pit bull in a headdress saying something like "they want to eliminate me, too" its sooo gross. They call it "breedism" and there are a ton of white peoplel on the internet that say its as bad as racism.
I've also noticed a lot of the people in pit bull advocacy will immediately talk badly about michael vick but will bend over backwards to defend a white person as "wrongly accused" of dog fighting.
I just wanted to let you know the dog in your side pic (which looks fake) isn't a pitbull. Also, I hate ugly motherfuckers like you. You say it about my harmless dogs, I say it about your terrible self.
Isn't it interesting that only pit bull advocates can identify a pit bull on site, but anyone who does not care for them can't "spot the pit bull"? its bullshit.Â
Youâre dog is only âharmlessâ until it attacks, then its ânever shown signs of aggression beforeâ. Do you honestly think that you are the only one who boasted about their pit bull being sweet or harmless, only to have it attack? That cognitive dissonance is why the dine and dash phenomenon exists, where a pit brutally attacks another dog and then the owner flees the scene to avoid accountability. They cannot cope with the disparity between bragging about the peacefulness of their dog and the unpredictable, brutal aggression exhibited by the same animal. I hope it never happens to you (I donât wish harm on strangers bc I am not a total piece of shit), but if it does it wonât exactly be shocking. Thats what they were bred for, and you canât love the DNA out of a dog.Â
The dog in my pic is from a pit bull breeder. The breeder and his customers donât seem to feel that its a fake dog or picture.

I swear wanting one of these dogs is a redflag for a personality disorder. Sane advice like "find a place to live where your dog is actually welcome" was not dispensed. These crazies consider owning a pit bull a civil rights issue on par with race and disability rights.Â
No one is obligated to live around any dog or any type of dog they are not comfortable with. I have no obligation to put someone's easily wounded ego over my own fucking safety.Â
"In tests given by the American Temperament Test Society pit bulls consistently do better than many other breeds--including beagles and border collies. Not only do they bite proportionately less often than many other dog breeds, we see a much smaller percentage of fatal attacks by pit bulls than by other large breeds, when statistics take into account the far greater numbers of pit bulls in the population."

Peaceful Protesters Gather at Ardmore Police Station in Support of Justice for Cali, Dog Who Was Shot by Police

It was a beautiful day for a peaceful Rally. I was so happy that of all the people I spoke with, I did not encounter a single âcop-haterâ there. People were friendly, and only interested in justice and change to prevent this heart-breaking tragedy from happening again.
Peaceful protesters gathered Saturday in opposition to the recent killing of a family dog by police.
