sometimes growth is tangible - like on ya booty and hips cause you been putting in some work in the home gym

Women forget to appreciate their bodies these days. I’m not saying anything is wrong with making yourself feel comfortable in your own skin but these days, they are skipping right over the healthy way to love their bodies, working out, eating right, etc. and going straight to going under the knife. When you have a child, your body changes. When you gain a little weight, your body changes. When you get older, your body changes. If you aren’t in love with your body and the changes, go through the process of trying to get your body back but actually work for it. Everyone’s body is different. Don’t look at the next woman and expect your body to look like hers, be happy with your body looking like your own. I’ve been through the changes, I’ve had a child, but I’ve also worked for the body I have now and to be honest, it’s better than before. 🤷🏽‍♀️ #BodyAppreciationPost #ZiaAlexis (at Atlanta, Georgia)
