The storm clouds rolled in to the mountain where I waited patiently for a kiss from you, mad strings of a bewitched violin and soft piano keys whispering to me, the gentle winds before the rage of the storm took over, an orchestra in the middle of a hurricane.

Yet here I stay, waiting patiently; my love, a harmonious flute, blending with heat and thunder in the hush between lightning and the angels’ cry.

A melody, supernatural. I’ll wait for you until you, my darling, hear my ballads cry.

What Happened to Yesterday?

The passion, the emotions.

Fleeting, and far from fingertips

I’ve lived out my ego’s plans

For longer than I can keep track of

When the evening winds blow and the bright full moon shows, the night feels endless. Waiting for dawn and dreading the nights length. As the cool winds blow, no night owls hoot, silence replaces the synohony of the wild dogs howl. In the restless fall nights, the temperature drops low. The end of evening walks and late night shows. The yearning of summer festivities grow. Memories of the…
