Interesting choices! Another friend suggested “Safely buttery”, and while that stuck with me the most, these suggestions are really making me rethink what “opposite” can mean depending on the context. Sometimes “cheesy” can be the flavor or the substance, and “opposite” can refer to either the state of a substance or a reversal of all things entirely.
