For me, there isn’t anywhere else I’d rather fry something than on a Kamado. You can control the temps rather well and the smells stay outside! I’m frying some breaded chicken pieces for some Springfield-style cashew chicken. I’m using plain ol’ vegetable oil at .300-350 degrees. This is a great temp because it will cook the chicken and not burn the breading. Tonight’s chicken turned out perfect and was light and crispy. They final chicken temp was between 190-200.
