A quick and flavorful pork stir-fry recipe with a delicious savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1/2 cup sliced carrots. 1/2 cup snap peas. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste. Cooked rice for serving.
Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add garlic and sliced pork to the hot skillet, and stir-fry until pork is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas until they are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Return the cooked pork to the skillet, and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly. Serve the pork stir-fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
