October hasn't been turning out the way I wanted at all. My healing got disrupted by another ER trip, and my body is just so very worn out. I want to be dancing - at least, I want to be transitioning back into dancing. I just don't have it in me. Honesty, I'm really down about things. I've been stress-eating. I ate a bunch of things yesterday that caused a #migraine this morning. At least I made [slightly] better food decisions today. I couldn't participate in the past 2 days of #21daysofbellydance for @thebellydancebundle ... I got really sick yesterday and ended up in the #ER this morning. Keep dancing friends!
