5/7/24 Yesterday's food log. For accountability n shit:
Lunch treadmill workout
Collagen creamer in my coffee.
Turkey sausage n cuke.
Stir fried lettuce, 3 oz chicken. Sf poly sauce. Carrots.
Catalina crunch 230 calories for that bad. It was good but is it worth the price? I am thinking of ordering more. Idk.
I did CBD gummies & a beverage, which would add 50 c. [I bet I forgot to add that]
I took a bath to relax. It was a long workday 11 hours.
Ate dinner after bath. Had half that burger. But realized I probably could have reduced the cheese (1.5 slices eaten). Ate 1 while I was cooking. Ugg.
Overall, I think it was a better day.
