Infused beef jerky is on the smoker today - using a honey based teriyaki marinade. About 15 mg each

Sliced up a roast on my slicer so I could make really thin jerky. I’ve been making it super lazily and just sprinkling pink salt and black pepper on one side. The key to feeling full off of beef jerky without eating it ALL is adding fat!
