Owner-Chef Willie makes the Vietnamese-style Pork & Prawn Noodle Salad into a vegetarian delight. Fried tofu, tempura mushroom, crispy offspring roll, are served with rice vermicelli, herbs, salad and pickles + a Vietnamese dressing and crushed peanuts & deep fried shallots to garnish. Ken needs his meat, so it's Beef Bao, with mushroom pepper sauce, gochujang, pickled red onion, and celery slaw. Bao wow, he mumbles, as he polishes off his beef bao.
