Be wary of beauty
Ever dreamt of a horrific image An image that can be bloody An image that traps you in a cage To a place where all is hazy.
Yet you find something beautiful Something to behold merit It may or may not be soulful Yet you give it credit.
You know to beware of it You know never to touch it You know to never feel it You know to only see it.
But that's when you notice The beauty it attracts you with How it seems like a lotus How it stands out among the filth.
And you try and wonder Why would it stay there Why would it seem a blunder And why do you ponder?
Because, you know to beware of it You know to never touch it You know to never feel it You know only to see it.
That's when you see the beast Coming from this beauty This monster so hideous and scary This beauty is only to be wary.
