day 185 • thu4jul19 Sipping coffee while the baby sleeps in her cot. And wondering when I can put on my workout clothes and do my cardio session for the day. It’s been a challenge to keep up with #bbg .The change in routine threw me off a bit. I used to do my workouts in the morning and now I haven’t been able to do that. I also don’t have my weights with me, so I am compensating with a higher bench and more speed. Then both girls got sick. They’re better now but it’s tough to think about going for a workout even if it’s just 30 min ish long. I have been doing any cool down though, and I can definitely feel it in my muscles. But it’s my #bbgweek8, there’s 4 weeks to go and I do not want to stop. After the 12th week I’ll see what I’ll do. But continuing with the #sweatapp and @kayla_itsines seems to be a good idea.
