+ Anyone else get annoyed by bad smell?
So I'm not sure if this also counts as misophonia, but I'm extremely sensitive to bad smell. For example if I'm in public transport and somebody smells bad (like armpit), I literally almost throw up. It makes me nauseous.
Meanwhile I notice other people don't even notice the smell or seem unbothered by it 😭
I also have the usual misophonia like extreme sensitivity to snorring so I'm wondering if this smell issue is also a part?

The benefits of diffusing are several. In the past I have diffused Lemon .....that was going well, with staff and students commenting how nice the room smelt, plus students asking that it be put on if I had forgotten. They can settle and focus well when the lovely aroma reaches their nostrils. Today, however, I had been in a different room (so no diffusing was happening) the students had been to swimming lessons and the room was horribly smelling of chlorine. It was time to step it up a bit and diffuse a stronger oil. A blend is more powerful than a single oil. This one is a delightful combination of different citrus oils.
