finally made a little zine from all the photos i took of various wires and machines and pylons and etc

literally worse than dark fiction. This isn’t about fictional characters, it’s violent impulses directed at a real group of people with intent for those violent ideas to be eventually enacted on those people. Not the same. I’ve had to take down comments like this all day.

I have to explain the differences because people don’t seem to understand that drawings are another form of language and so what we’re saying with it is part of that real person’s aware actions. “I want to joke about characters being beat up” vs. “i want to draw my desire for actual hatred and harm to tangibly come to real, identifiable humans and/or a real, identifiable group of people” are two wildly different topics using drawings, the same way we literally use a sentence.

This shouldn’t be confusing for people and i’m aghast it apparently is.

That‘s why I wanted to create a real explanation and accessible learning material because I need people to stop.

The war in Ukraine and attempted annihilation of Ukraine by Russia is still happening and once again the world (especially self proclaimed anti-war and anti-racists) are silent. It shouldn't be like this. I hate that people are not anti war when it doesn't make them look morally superior and hide their bigoted tendancies.
