Start spreading the NEWS part 2Â Researchers have not been able to explain why Celiac Disease develops until now Epigenetics (STRESS) discovered as the cause of Celiac Disease/NCGS by the Celiac Posterboy or How to Fight a Two Front War why/by taking a Vitamin that can help your GI problems 100+ years ago known as Pellagra symptomâs AKA known today as Celiac disease or NCGS
Researchers have been unable to explain why Celiac Disease develops at any age? UNTIL now; Epigenetics (STRESS) discovered as cause of Celiac Disease and/or Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) by the Celiac Posterboy
âAccording to Dr. Decker Butzner, a Calgary-based pediatric gastroenterologist, there are another triggering factor which weâve never understoodâŚ[t]here is an environmental trigger.â
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2014/07/16/is-it-ncgscd-or-low-stomach-acid-mis-diagnosed/
It should be noted here regarding Gut Bacteria that Ulcers (95%) develop when you get an overgrowth of H. Pylori (change in Gut Bacteria) which indicates low stomach acid see my wordpress blog entry âIs it NCGS/Celiac Disease or Low Stomach Acid Mis-diagnosedâ affecting inflammation in your GI system allowing if this article is to be believed further inflammation due to dysbiosis (inbalance) of good to bad bacteria ratio.
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2014/07/16/is-it-ncgscd-or-low-stomach-acid-mis-diagnosed/
Read the whole article for your selves but what I want to emphasis here!!!!! Is âSo far, researchers have been unable to explain why 30 per cent of people have genes that can cause Celiac disease, but only 2 to 5 per cent actually develop it. Also a mystery is why the disease develops at any age. Higher rates of celiac disease are being driven not just by better testing and awareness, but also by external triggers.â Ie there is ⌠âan Environmental Triggerâ STRESS aka Epigenetics.
Again âResearchers have known for some time that people with Celiac disease have different types of gut bacteria than those without Celiac disease, but they didnât  know whether the changes in gut bacteria were caused by Celiac disease, or the other way around.â ⌠. for emphasis researchers have known FOR SOME TIME that there are âexternal triggersâ are as they say an environmental cause/trigger (STRESS) for at least the 2 to 5 percent that develop full blown Celiac Disease and maybe much higher since they are only tracking 30 percent of the population. Not to mention NCGS presenting as IBS in 84% of patients.
See my blog entryhttps://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2015/09/22/doctors-get-a-d-for-diagnosing-non-celiac-gluten-sensitivity/ a âFâ really because they get wrong disease and steal your hope of ever getting better! but I didnât want to sound too harsh! But the time has come to speak plainly so the other 2/3 of the population can learn that a Vitamin can help their GI problem before they receive a NCGS/Celiac diagnosis or worse only IBS or Chronâs not realizing Pellagra is a better differential diagnosis!
Those whoâve they have discriminately eliminated by genes the other 2/3 of the population but we find people in the other 2/3 (spouses) are at a higher risk even those who âforgetâ to get the right genes for Celiac Disease!
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2015/07/07/spouses-of-celiac-disease-at-higher-risk-new-research-shows-of-developing-celiac-disease-themselves-establishing-epigenetics-stress-as-possible-cause-of-celiacncgsibsgerd/ get Celiac at a higher rate.
Mind you these people donâtâ have the genetics for it.
Now technically if we listen to âClassic Geneticsâ only those who have the GENES can get sick? Â Right?
Well they forget to consider the âexternal triggersâ STRESS ⌠ie their Environment? https://www.celiac.com/articles/23149/1/Gliadin-Triggers-Innate-Immune-Reaction-in-Celiac-and-Non-celiac-Individuals/Page1.html
See this information is reported on Celiac.com now almost over 3 years ago this month of earlier research reported 15 + years ago.
Researchers have known for some time that as they (genetic researchers) call it Adaptive Immunity can and does trigger Celiac disease in those without the GENES for it ie Epigenetics.
I will quote here again from Celiac.com  âresearch that suggests that gluten proteins might trigger an immune response in people who do not have Celiac disease, and  (THOSE ) my words added for emphasis) who do not carry the HLA-DQ2 or HLA-DQ8 genetic markers that predispose them to developing Celiac disease.
Such a response is part of a process called innate immunity, and is far less understood than the adaptive immunity process.â In case you missed it or didnât read my link from earlier tumblr post spouses of Celiacâs at higher risk.
https://celiacposterboy.tumblr.com/post/123410867299/spouses-of-celiac-disease-at-higher-risk-new shows of developing Celiac Disease themselves.
Again on Celiac.com (they are actually reporting this information) but donât well understandÂ
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2014/08/21/stress-kills-but-it-maims-us-first/ STRESS is the trigger.
See https://www.celiac.com/articles/23506/1/Stress-Common-Before-Celiac-Diagnosis/Page1.html
STRESS is common before a Celiac Diagnosis.
I am trying to educate here.
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2014/09/11/to-educates-is-to-free/
The reason it is not well understood why Celiac develops at any age by researchers today is they donât well understand what they are reporting. How is this possible? It doesnât fit there (genetic) paradigm.
They admit as much in their research. They donât know Pellagra presenting as Celiac Disease or NCGS explains a seronegative Celiac diagnosis going as far as to call it âguessworkâ! Not high praise for the Medical community or something to have a lot of confidence in.
https://www.celiac.com/articles/24894/1/Can-Science-Take-the-Guesswork-Out-of-Diagnosing-Seronegative-Celiac-Disease/Page1.html
The way we see things simply stated is our âworld viewâ. Â IF genetics in our world view eliminates us from ever possibly developing Celiac disease then Spouses (those STRESSED) would not/COULD not ever develop Celiac disease which simply is not the cause.
Vitamins are a/the very definition of Epigenetics. Â At least this researcher is looking for âan external triggerâ realizing his world view (of Celiac) is if not wrong imperfectly explains why only 2 to 5 percent of those pre-genetically disposed to develop it actually does? Not even to mention the 2/3 of people who will never be tested for it? See above (spouses at higher risk/stress (epigenetics) common (triggers) Celiac diagnosis.
Where does this leave us?
If I am right and epigenetics (STRESS) as reported on Celiac.com triggered your Celiac diagnosis then Epigenetics is reversible â genetics is not at least if you believe âclassic geneticsâ where your geneâs is your destiny.
But what if we are both right?  1/3 of the population has a higher genetic propensity for a Vitamin (Niacinamide) that helps us regulate stress (it makes us itch as an example) in the body and precisely why when people are stressed do not flush when taking Niacin an example of cause and affect proving that Niacin helps us deal with stress in the body. Then what if we supplement with this missing vital (life giving) nutrient (Vitamin) in a minimum amount (Epigenetics).
Is this not TRUE for all Vitamins?
In the early 20th Century what could be rightly called the âVitamin Ageâ we begin to find out this very basic concept that Vitaminâs make us healthy.
Iâve touched on this elsewhere in this blog and why we enrich our foods (folic acid any one) or Iodized Salt are great examples that are with us today.
Do we really need to relearn (educate ourselves) what we learned a 100 years ago that Vitaminâs keep us healthy?
If you have not heard of Pellagra you are not alone. Read Dr. Heaneyâs blog post about how it has been forgotten and we are repeating the mistakes of history again over and over by denying how Vitamins make us healthy.
http://blogs.creighton.edu/heaney/2013/11/18/pellagra-and-the-four-ds/
See my Celiac Posterboy blog entry âIs NCGS and or Celiac Disease really Pellagra in disguise in the 21st Centuryâ for more information on that subject.
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2015/05/21/is-non-celiac-gluten-sensitivity-andor-celiac-disease-really-pellagra-in-disguise-in-the-21st-century/
They answer is yes by the way in the majority of Celiacâs and they donât know to look for it and donât see it as Pellagra today!
Take the Niacinamide Challenge  https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2014/12/03/the-niacin-niacinamide-challenge/  for YOURSELF and see if you donât begin BURPING in  4 to 6 months (or less) of taking Niacinamide 3 times a day (with each meal).
Then tell otherâs is all I ask. Vitamins can make us healthy when we are low! Â See my https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2015/12/04/whos-afraid-of-a-b-vitamin/ In this âgenetic ageâ today we live in it is not well understood anymore that Vitamins can reverse many complex diseases (beriberi, rickets, anemia, pylouria, scurvy, pellagra etc) that are not well understood nutritional deficiencies today masquerading as genetic diseases in this age of modern medicine (a pill/drug for everything) if Prousky and many Functional Medicine doctors who know Niacin treats digestive disorder are right! see this link http://www.yourhealthbase.com/database/a124b.htm
See how I conquered Celiac disease in my life and learn from me if you will. https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2015/08/21/gluten-independence-or-the-5th-anniversary-of-a-ncgsibsceliacheartburngerd-sufferer-eating-gluten-again-a-former-sufferers-story/ Â
And how you can too! If you are being STRESSED out!
https://celiacposterboy.wordpress.com/2014/08/21/stress-kills-but-it-maims-us-first/
****this is not medical advice and should not be considered such it is only my personal experience with taking Vitamin B-3 as Niacinamide to help my digestive issues. Â YOUR experience might be different but I have found when people take Niacinamide 3/day for 3 to 4 months most GI issues go into remission.
As always search for the âCeliac Posterboyâ or âCeliac Poster boyâ or âFight Gluten Winâ or âFight GERD Winâ if you want to read all my blog posts for as I have said elsewhere in this blog and it bears repeating âTo Educate is to Freeâ Truly.
