is it just me or did akutagwa seem really soft in this chapter? like firstly he told atsushi about his illness even when he doesnt talk about it to anyone else

and then the part where he was about to attack atsushi he actually said "I'm sorry" like!! I cant wait for that to get animated i want to hear him say it and I hope they dont skip it for any reason

then thirdly after fukuchi died and aku was like mission accomplished now lets escape through the submarine!! but when atsushi kept standing there, aku was like "whats wrong?" idk but I felt like that was so soft

and then after atsu was slashed with the sword, aku's face had genuine horror and he ACTUALLY screamed JINKO!! like!!
