Ö for... not many words actually start with an ö. In Finnish oil does though and there you can go to cooking, eating, food.. all Italian things, all Emiglia-Romagna things, all very Laura. She's told that her favorite hobby is eating but that she can do the least. When on holidays or having a day off she enjoys cooking to her friends and family also.

Ä for motherhood in Finnish. Laura dreamed of becoming a mother for a long time. After years of trying Laura and Paolo were starting to look for another options when in summer 2012 the pregnancy test showed positive. For the first two years Laura didn't reveal her baby's face and requested the fans to avoid sharing paparazzi pictures. Now the 7-year-old is active part of her life in the public eye also.

Å for... to be honest nothing. Let's be creative. The letter is used for almost in all nordic countries alphabets (except icelandic of course). The LP popularity was at its highest during the 90's and continued especially in Finland and in Sweden for another decade. The one and only concert scheduled in Denmark in 2009 was cancelled due to Laura's illness and they weren't able to reschedule it with Laura's tour dates and the concert hall availability. The only LP music video made in the Nordics remain Inolvidable (1996) which was made in Iceland. So the recent Nordic visit is from spring 2009 during Primavera Anticipada tour from Stockholm. W for WorldTour. Laura has had 9 world tours since 1997. Only Entre Tu Y Mil Mares (2000), From The Inside (2002) and Io Canto (2006) albums weren't promoted by world tours. Between 2001-2009 Laura made a habit of stopping in Finland during her every tour for three concerts. The most massive tour has been 2009 one with almost 90 concerts. The smallest Mi Respuesta Tour with less than 30 dates 10 years earlier. The longest tour was her Greatest Hits tour between 2013-2015 when there were long pauses between concerts and Laura for example coached in Mexican Voice tv-show. Also iterrupted by her maternity leave Inedito tour had almost 80 performed dates. The latest Hazte Sentir tour in 2018 kicked ass with its 52 concerts the previous one Similares in 2016 which had only 33 dates. Majority part of concerts are always in Italy but a big part of the dates go also to Latin America. The rest of Europe seems to have less LP concerts in these days.

T for a break in Finnish. Laura hasn't much had long breaks except in 2010. She stepped out of the spotlight to spend time with her family, write music without schedules and stress in the privacy of her home instead of the airports and hotel rooms. In that year she only took part for two charity projects helping out the victims of earthquakes in Chile and Abruzzo. Last summer Laura also anounced she would be stopping for 2 years. However she'd have taking part as a coach in La Voz España. Corona crisis has forced her to stay in also but she's arranged all sorts of live stuff on social media to cheer up her fans. Laura's planned concert events in September has been rescheduled for the next year and currently she's writing her next album.

R for Resta In Ascolto in Spanish Escucha. Laura's iconic album from 2004. This was the record that shook the pop princess title of from Laura's shoulders for good. Songs were more rockier, more raw, more open, more painful than before. Many old fans were lost I suppose but for Laura the change was needed and natural. She had rough years behind her; a painful break-up from a long term boyfriend and a disappointment of the English debut album in the US. Is this your favorite album?
