It’s once again February. The month in 1985 I found out I was HIV+. The month my world was turned upside down. The month I realized I was in a fight for my life. Fast forward 33 years. I’m happy to say my life is at times still turned upside down. Like last night on the deck of my new home :)) I’m grateful to be alive. Kicking it up a notch. First time yesterday doing swings with a 32kg bell. Previous best was 28kg. Per the vid, my trainer Mike had me reset after each swing in order to ensure the proper technique throughout. Mike and I work really well together. I’ve come a long way under his guidance.
