But what did your mom think? ��

She didn’t make it in the end -- too busy tabling with her startup.  But I practiced my slides for her and my dad the night before. :)  They were mildly interested -- not nearly as much so as the actual audience, because they lacked context/personal investment.  They gave helpful feedback, though!

Signed up for a Netflix trial month not long ago,...

Sheesh, I grew up on Midsomer Murders and I don’t remember any of this. Must have flew over lil’ pre-tumblr me’s head! Or maybe the later seasons are better? Still, ugh.

I’m hoping? Episode 2 (Written in Blood) has the ‘twist’ where the first victim cross-dresses and there are various closeted gay characters, including the potential AIDS death -- the basic takeaway is that all gay men cheat, have AIDS and want to be women. Episode 3 (Death of a Hollow Man) has the gay character who’s the butt of the joke all episode, plus cheating bisexual partner; Episode 4 (Faithful Unto Death) has cheating bisexual #2 and murderous lesbians. 

Yeah one of the members seemed to have that virus so I deleted all those posts and removed that member for now until it’s all clear. But yeah sorry about that!! I didn’t realise until quite late that all those things had been reblogged and thanks for letting me know!!
