@andbeyonds | BARE FEET TREAD A NARROW PASSAGE, making her way along with hands on the harsh walls to try & keep up with where she was heading. there was the sound of WATER & LAUGHTER ; she must be going the right way. THEN LIGHT ----------------------- bright & brilliant & warm. crystal clear hues look up to the mirrors && she SMILES, air filling her lungs as she inhales the scent of wheat they’re all at work --- doing things they won’t LET her do. no longer for reasons of mistrust, but rather for the fact that she’s simply TOO SMALL now. TOO FRAGILE. valuable too ; who else could walk right into a store & get them as many supplies as needed ?
but then she sees HIM ; her human. he stands apart in the crowd -- working hard to gather their grains. but she catches his gaze & smiles at him ; softer now than she had at the sun. she holds her hands behind her back for a few seconds longer before waving at him --- delicate & thin fingers raising to greet him. SHY GIRL -- never dealing with such things before coming to earth. some would say that was troublesome ; but she quite LIKED the way her stomach fluttered slightly & her mouth felt dry. ❛ can i help ? ❜ she asks of him when she makes her way over to where he stands in the field. ❛ i was rather TALENTED at this when i was with mel. ❜
