wah sorry this took so long, but here it is!! had some struggles but overall really loved drawing this guy

#okay first off i wanna say i LOVE this design. the way you mixed the leafwing and icewing spines? genius. incredible. SO fun #and second #GOD this one was a struggle i dont even know why #the sketching part specifically #i was doing it with my regular brush bur it was for some reason being so frustrating #so i took this as an opportunity to try some new brushes i found recently #and the one i decided to work with felt really nice! helped get big shapes to get the pose solidified #after redoing it like 5 times...... we got there in the end #but then came the line art #and the brush i used for the sketch was NOT working with me on this #and neither were any of my normal brushes #so i got another if the new ones and finally it cooperated #and for some reason doing all of this (multiple sessions over multiple days btw) made me so tired to work on art #thankfully everything was smooth after the line art. just a bit tiring #and i got there in the end! im actually quite happy with how it turned out!#also you do NOT need to feel bad for this it is absolutely not your characters fault #art just decided to be really mean to me at the same time i started working on this #ANYWAY #i hope you like this and i hope the wait was worth it!!!#wings of fire #wof #wof oc #leafwing #icewing #request #raff's art
