Tiny YNB update
Tiny info for those who haven't heard, but the release of Andrew Joseph White's next book You're No Better will be delayed slightly from October 20th to October 27th 2026 because the US first printing had some issues with the sprayed edges and other details, so they'll be shipped out to stores and warehouses a bit later than planned, so the extra week is just to make sure the books are everywhere they need to be on release day. I don't really mind, a week doesn't make a difference to me.
Also AJW said in the same Newsletter article that you should keep your pre-order receipt for the first printing if you're in the US. He doesn't say why, but you'll probably be able to use it to get special pins like you were able to with HFWU, TSBIT and CF. (Only if you're in the US though, so no pins for me. Boo.) So keep that in mind if you're a US resident who's preordered YNB!
Also also, the narrator for the YNB audiobook got announced! It's Lachlan Watson, who AJW is a big fan of. AJW himself also recorded the author's note and acknowledgements if that's relevant to you. I personally don't really listen to audiobooks much (I need to hold a book in my grubby little paws and sound the words out myself to really savour it, y'know), but for those that are considering getting the audiobook, both of that sounds really promising!
(I know there are SO MANY other AJW news - new YWMTBH art, soo much more info on Gunwyn Byrne, TWO new short stories that finally got announced, one of which has a lot of info about it, a new AJW interview that I could find - and some of them are pretty old news by now. I'm so sorry for not getting to them sooner, and I can't promise exactly when I will talk about it, but each of these points will get its own post because I do think they're super interesting. I won't talk about some other stuff like paperback releases or vague allusions AJW's made recently because it's just not super interesting - though the sprayed edges of the CF paperback special edition do look super cool - or we have no info to go off of yet. Sorry for the impromptu "coming soon" section at the end here lol.)
