Xbalanque lived a normal average human lifespan before he was reborn. In his lifetime, he had several lovers before he settled down with someone for the remainder of that life. In the time he's been dead, their spirits have all faded, and in his reborn state, he has gained something akin to immortality. He isn't sure if he's wanting to settle down with someone again being he's already had that experience, but if the situation arises, he won't be against it. In his canon timeline, he is set to be with Ava, another immortal being.

In Zhongli's long six thousand years of life, he's had a total of three lovers, the first being Guizhong who died in his arms. The other two were mortals. One male, one female. In recent years, he has come into contact with Sienna. After the revelation of Sienna being Guizhong's reincarnation, he fell in love with her all over again in his canon timeline. In AU timelines, he only ever mentions his three lovers when asked.

Chiharu is a bit of an interesting case. She actually had a husband at one point but he left her for someone else and... well, it did a lot to the image of herself. It took about thirty years for her to even consider the possibility of romance again, and in twenty of those, she started up the Ring of Tails Tavern. While she and Venti are honestly just really good friends, the two of them act as if they're platonic soulmates in her canon timeline.

Hajime somehow has the favor of not one, but two women that honestly baffles his brothers about. The first is a high-ranking woman who will remain a mystery for now. Hajime is expected to marry well and stay on in Inazuma, but his desire to wander the world has led him into contact with Vega. Living as long as he has, he's had no other women in his life up until the last few years.

Pan has had many lovers throughout his many existences. He remembers them all, but only a few really stuck with him. Most notably is Theodora who while she didn't return his affections romantically, still loved him all the same, enough to trust Pan with the adoption of her two children, and Pan's love for her still shows in how he cares for Ava. Honestly, he hasn't gotten over Theodora and it'd take someone pretty special to make that happen.

Caspian is... pretty notorious in Natlan. He's had several women he's had a romantic favor for over his long centuries of life, including Aster. While the exact details of what happened vary from verse to verse, what's known is that it turned into a fight that Mavuika had to break up. Since then, he's had flings, but nothing serious.

Augustine is the opposite of his brother. He met his wife young and the two of them became a mated pair. She was another dragon like him, and he loved her fiercely. It was a deep loss for not just Augustine, but for his brothers and those of their tribe, and even Mavuika and others about ten years ago. Augustine's wife was seen as a kind and upbeat woman who helped run Caspian's bar with him. Since then, he has mourned her deeply and he has not looked at another person since. Likely, it will be several hundreds of years before he's able to fully move on. Caspian and Silas worry for him because of this, as they do over Lyra who takes the loss just as hard.

Silas has had two lovers in his lifetime and both were humans. They passed away and while he loved them deeply, he was able to move past the loss and look to the future. Currently, his priority is making sure his niece Lyra stays out of trouble while Augustine and Caspian are busy.

Aster has only ever had one lover, and that was Caspian. Her biggest joy and biggest regret she often says. It's been about two years and she hasn't fully moved on from him, but on occasion she does find herself in the bed of a man or woman if only to ease the loneliness.
